1. Instructions on how to enter & prizes form part of the Terms & Conditions.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand. Directors, management, employees & their immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, suppliers & participating outlets are ineligible.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms & conditions.

4. This is a game of chance and judge’s decision is final. Prizes including any unused portions are not transferable or exchangeable & cannot be taken as cash.

5. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss/damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered/sustained as the result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

6. The Promoter will conduct the winning draws at Building 24 Best Avenue, Mosman 2088 on 07/08/09 at 10am AEST in order to determine the winner of the major prize. Immediately following the major draw, 20 minor prizes will be drawn. First 21 valid entries randomly drawn from all entries will win. The name of all winners will be published online at www.blistex.com.au and the major prizewinner will be published in The Australian on 26/08/09. If unclaimed a redraw will take place on the 09/11/09 at 10am AEST also at Building 24, Best Avenue, Mosman NSW 2088; winners will be published online at www.blistex.com.au and the major prize winner will be published in the Australian on 25/11/09.

8. The information requested in the entry form will only be used to conduct the competition in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. It will not be used for any other purpose. The Promoter will not disclose this information other than to contractors who provide services to the above services to the Promoter for the above purpose unless compelled or permitted by law. If you want to know more about the Promoter’s privacy policy and procedures, or if you would like access to the information about you, which the Promoter holds, please contact the Privacy Officer of the Promoter.

9. Commences 01/04/09 9:00am AEST and ends close of business 31/07/09 5:30pm AEST.

10. To enter the competition entrants must purchase any Blistex product and enter online at www.blistex.com.au. A valid entry must include entering the last 5 digits of the bar code and nominating their choice of major prize.  
     
11. No liability accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected mail.

12. First valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received will win one of 4 prize choices.

  1. Spa package for 2 people at Voyages Silky Oaks Lodge, Port Douglas.
    Package includes economy airfares, transfers, 3 nights accommodation, full buffet breakfast daily, spa treatments for 2 people and gourmet dinner for 2 people. Total: $6000.00
  2. Shopping package.

     20 minor draws will take place immediately after. The first 10 randomly drawn entries will win 1 of 10 Greater Union Gold Class movie passes (valid for 12 months) valued at $75 per ticket. Total value: $750. The following 10 randomly drawn entries will win 1 of 10 Hoyts Family movie vouchers (valid for 12 months) valued at $57.00 per ticket. Total value: $570.

13. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner subject to the prior written consent of the winner’s parent or legal guardian & an adult must accompany the winner. The Promoter may make such inquiries as it deems necessary to satisfy it’s self that such consent has been obtained. As a condition of accepting the prize the winner & each person over 18 accompanying the winner on the prize must agree to sign a release in the form provided to them by the promoter. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the winner’s parent or guardian must also sign the required release.

14. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms & conditions all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Printing & other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
